We had Safenet out to fit an alarm system after a burglary. All the work required was itemised, and explained beforehand. And at a reasonable cost. Everything was fitted in a day, neat and tidy, with minimal mess, and we were shown how to use the system. Helpful and friendly office staff and engineers. After installation, there was a fault on one of the sensors, which was dealt with within a day of us reporting it. The security lights had a manufacturer fault, and these were replaced free of charge. We are now on an annual maintenance contract with Safenet. Would recommend them.

We rang and spoke to SafeNet Alarms as our burglar alarm was going off and we couldn't silence it. They helped us to sort the problem out straight away, over the phone. Excellent service and we will always use them from now on.

Dave came out at short notice to repair our faulty alarm, did a great job of dealing with an old alarm system and made it usable again. Not only that, he posted out an instruction manual for our alarm and highlighted the text in the manual I'd queried. Fantastic customer service!

Top service at a Fair price.

I contacted Safenet Alarms having read the previous positive reviews. I had an alarm installed back in 2003 by a different company and it had developed a fault. Safenet diagnosed it within a couple of minutes of their arrival and repaired and Serviced the system for a very good price. They also sent me a copy of the User Manual that had not been supplied. I will definitely be using them again to service the system. Booking was easy and it was a fast and efficient service. Thank you.

I want to thank SafeNet alarms for the excellent service that I received when my alarm system was installed on 7th February 2019.

The first contact was a visit to estimate the size and cost of the job.  This was carried out by Antony Ledger.  He was very professional and helpful and willingly answered the questions asked for clarification.  

The Alarm was installed on 7th February 2019.  Dave and Antony arrived at the agreed time and the installation straightaway.

There was a minor problem which was satisfactorily resolved.

At the end of the installation, full instructions were given on use of the system.

At all times the SafeNet team would quickly and methodically.  They ensured that any mess was cleared up before they left.

I've had the alarm extended, and they come out every year to service it, if you have their servicing contract, which is very reasonable.

They are friendly, efficient and extemely knowledgable. 

When protecting your property it's good to know it's secure, and I can contact them if I need advice.

We recently had a new alarm system fitted and we are very pleased with it. The service was efficient, reasonably priced and the fitters cleaned up afterwards, they had a pleasant manner and nothing was too much trouble. As there was a delay in them starting due to a large volume of work, they offered to temporary repair our old system so we had an alarm that worked in the interim, they carried this work out completely free and we were very obliged. We would definitely recommend this company.

After struggling to find someone to repair my make of alarm, I saw an advert in the active8 magazine, I thought I would give them a ring. To my surprise they did fix the alarm I have. The team arrived when promised and repaired and serviced my alarm. In reporting a fault on my alarm, the fault was promptly dealt with (including Christmas eve). Recommended
